About

Built small so the thinking stays big.

Morgul Marketing is a deliberate, senior-led agency for companies that want a real partner rather than a junior account manager.

Why we built it this way

The standard agency model is broken in a specific way.

Most agencies sell a long contract, hand the account to whoever is free, and report on whatever metric happened to look good that month.

Companies sign because they need growth, then spend the next two quarters trying to work out what is actually being done with their money. The agency has every incentive to keep it that way, because the contract is already signed.

Morgul exists because that model does not work for the companies we take on. We keep the roster small enough to put a senior strategist on every account, scope the work around the outcomes you actually care about, and keep proving the value at every stage instead of hiding behind paperwork.

The result looks more like a fractional CMO than a traditional agency. Clear deliverables, honest reporting, and a strategist who knows your business well enough to push back when an idea will not work.

    How we work

Six principles that shape every engagement we take.

    1. 01

      ICP first, channels second

We start with who you sell to, then pick channels. Tactics that work for a $20M SaaS will not work for a Shopify brand at $1M, and we will not pretend they do.

    2. 02

      Accountable to outcomes

Every engagement is built around results you can measure. We keep earning the relationship by moving the numbers that matter, not by hiding behind a contract.

    3. 03

      Senior hands on the work

You do not get junior account managers learning on your account. Strategists with ten years or more of in-house and agency experience own your campaigns end to end.

    4. 04

      Transparent reporting

Real numbers every month, including the ones that are not going your way. We would rather flag a problem in week three than perform a turnaround in month six.

    5. 05

      Small roster on purpose

We cap how many active clients each strategist runs. That ceiling exists so the people doing your work have time to think, not just ship deliverables.

    6. 06

We say no to bad fits

Not every company needs an agency, and not every budget can carry one. If we do not think we can move your numbers, you will hear it on the first call.

Thirty minutes will tell you whether this is a fit.

We will walk through your current marketing, the gaps we would tackle first, and what an engagement would actually look like. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
