    Skip the invented savings figures. Publish how you price instead: what a written proposal includes, what a diagnostic covers, how you handle sizing, whether load calculations are part of the quote. Buyers comparing three companies are hunting for exactly that and rarely find it.

    Say plainly on the page when a human answers and what happens when one does not. A site that shouts twenty four seven while an answering machine picks up costs more trust than it buys. A line saying calls after nine get a callback by seven is worth more, because it is true.

    Look at when your organic sessions actually happen before you decide how to staff. If a meaningful share lands overnight, that is an argument for an answering service or a rotation, and it is an argument built from your own data rather than from a claim about the city.
