A remodel is decided over months, so the account is a reference check
Social media is where a referral confirms what they were told about you. It will not fill next month, and a plan sold that way is really a paid search plan.
Somebody hears your name at a dinner table, then looks you up before they ever dial. What they find decides whether the call happens at all. The referral did the selling and the account only had to avoid losing it.
Nothing posted next week books work next week. If there is a hole in the schedule, the honest answer is paid search and a map listing, because a homeowner with a failed shower pan behaves like an emergency customer and a homeowner planning a kitchen does not.
Recognition pays on a delay measured in seasons. A feed reaches somebody in the year before they are ready, and the payoff arrives when they finally are.
Set that expectation with whoever approves the spend on the first day. A year is the honest unit of time here, and a quarter is somebody describing a different channel.
